Our maintenance packages give you as much or as little support as you want, from weekly maintenance to seasonal opening and closing to one-off service calls to address a specific issue.

Weekly Maintenance for Pools & Spas

Included Pool & Spa Maintenance:

  • Testing water chemistry

  • Adding chemicals as necessary*

  • Vacuuming pool/spa

  • Skimming water

  • Cleaning baskets and tile

  • Servicing filters

  • Detailed report of water chemistry, equipment status, and services performed

*Chemicals and antifreeze are billed at quantity used in addition to package pricing

Seasonal Opening

Included in Seasonal Opening:

  • Cleaning and removal of winter cover (storage on site)

  • Filling pool water to appropriate water level

  • Testing water chemistry

  • Adding chemicals as necessary*

  • Vacuuming pool/spa (up to 1 hour)

  • Skimming water

  • Cleaning and installation of deck accessories

  • Evaluation of and initializing equipment

*Chemicals and antifreeze are billed at quantity used in addition to package pricing

Seasonal Closing

Included in Seasonal Closing:

  • Draining pool of water beneath returns/jets

  • Testing water chemistry

  • Adding chemicals as necessary*

  • Vacuuming pool/spa (up to 1 hour)

  • Skimming water

  • Cleaning and removal of deck accessories (storage on site)

  • Blowing out water lines and equipment

  • Application of antifreeze*

  • Evaluation of and shutting down equipment

*Chemicals and antifreeze are billed at quantity used in addition to package pricing

Optional Add-Ons

Customize Your Maintenance:

  • Service to separate spas, water features, in-floor cleaning systems, or pool houses

  • Additional vacuuming time

  • Winter cover installation
